This machine adopts Japan's Shimadzu technical. Widely used in metal and nonmetal materials tensile, compression , shear and bending test. With different fixtures can do the fasteners tensile shear and bending test.
Test Method for Belt:
1> This series are ideals for testing the tension, compression, bending and peeling of rubber ,plastic, textiles, electric wires, cables, network rope, wire, metal material ,etc. It can measure the tensile strength,bend strength,peeling strength,elongation,and and can print the curve of force-time,force-displacement and the testing reports automatically.
2> Computer closed-loop control, change testing force stages automatically ,save the test results automatically; In processing it can switch the appropriate measuring range by the load automatically ; test results can be arbitrary accessed and simulated reproduction at any moment; several specimens characteristic curves can be superimposed by a number of different colors; test curves can be tracked to show at any moment, any segment of the curve can be enlarged to be analysed; it is stopped if the specimen be breaked, overload, over-current automatically.
